What the heck was that thing that we fought today? It was some sort of demonic bird-thing. I swear, this planet is wierd. Well, the fight was just pitiful. I guess maybe it was too early in the morning, but none of us were fighting up to snuff. Nobody could even really land decent blows, but in the end we won of course. Well, we're heading out to Vandemax Castle soon. Into the fire I suppose. I'm almost worried that Taxil might get himself killed there. Almost but not quite...
