Ok. I can understand asking a group of adventurers that are passing through if they'll help find a lost wagon, or even get a cat out of a tree. But make the monks at the holy temple on the hill stop blowing their sacred horn because it's too loud?! Now that's just going too far. That's some sort of civil issue that needs to be handled in court. Man this Tear place sure is full of wierdoes.
