Session 1 - Gathering [ 05.03.09 ]
For the sake of expanding their influence back into the Prime Material and to train at least part of the next generation, the Stars of Destiny finalized arrangements for several of their children to be banded together and given a spelljamming ship. Reigos Necrobane, descendant of Naru Necrobane, and Hathcrass, a grandson of Magraravich, met on the docks of Exile and were picked up by Zoog and Chysis on the Planedagger. From there they travelled to the Planejammer to pick-up the Devargan sisters; afterwards they travelled to Thrae's monastery to pick-up Tristan, Talia, and Ruryk, who had been staying at the monastery for live combat training along with a delegation of young men and women from the Five Planets system. Ruryk introduced himself to Hathcrass, Reigos, and Serra, and in the resulting chaos demonstrated why he already has a title. Some violence and a collossal keg of alcohol later, things get sorted out, some of the kids are moderately horrified to learn that they're travelling together, they learn that the night before J.T. Necrobane has simply walked off into the Elemental Chaos (and it parted for him), and Zoog and Chysis take them to the Prime Material on a detour.
On the world of Lessendir, where the Arcanium War essentially started, a number of strange incidents and disturbances have occured. Zoog and Chysis ask the party to investigate a lesser disturbance while they go to inspect the epicenter. The party is deposited at the town of Dirnan, where they learn almost the entire populace is sick, and a druid has been stopping by town every day to supply medicine. The party meets the druid, and Serra analyzes his "medicine," discovering that it's addictive and not actually helping. As the party begins to question the druid further, they finally catch and shoot one of the small furry things that had been stalking them since they arrived, and find it to be a six limbed rodent with the distorted face of a person. Suddenly, the roofs are covered with the things.

Session 2 - The Tip of the Iceberg [ 05.10.09 ]
J.T. notices a dimensional disturbance in the Lessendir feywild, forces his way through it, and finds himself at the edge of a stand-off between Talia, Tristan, Serra, Reigos, and a pack of rat-things which had surrounded them. J.T. and the Hospitalizer jump into the fray and begin slaughtering the creatures; when the druid who had been poisoning the town also decides to fight, he is suddenly seized by a much viler force. The cultist Senkin compels his host to fight past the brink of death, and demonstrates the true purpose of the poison when he begins compelling townsfolk to walk up to party members and explode. After a short, vicious fight, the party damages the druid's body past the point of usability, but not before Senkin invites them to meet him in person. The party sets off to engage him; Serra remains behind in the town to research an antidote to the toxin. After some skirmishes with monsters that had not been seen since Vostok, Val, and Zhangar's homeworld was sealed and with cultists, the party makes it into a desecrated temple, where they fight and destroy Senkin and his last cultists. J.T. "knows" his task on Lessendir is done and forces his way through another dimensional rift, which closes behind him. Shortly after the party's victory, Chysis and Zoog return; once the Planedagger has left Lessendir, Chysis and Zoog reveal that they had encountered and fought a spawn of Cthulhu, the High Priest of Quanthosk'alys - and that the High Priest had been active on Lessendir before the Arcanium War broke out.

Session II-1 - The Nightmare at Lenshreen, pt. 1 [ 07.12.09 ]
The party is asked by Tundra and Rydia to handle an object retrievel - going to city-state of Lenshreen on the prime world of Kysandir, a once magic-rich world that had been plundered by the Arcanium 13 years ago, to retreive a fully operational death ray. Obviously, there's been some complications. The Silver Blades agent who had been monitering the weapon and trying to arrange for its purchase has reported that Quanthosk'alys cultists were engaged in the depths below the city, and afterwards Lenshreen had fallen into a civil war, with half the city following the corruptive Lady Zelinda and the other half compelled to serve the abruptly tyrannical high priest Joen Fireheart. Fireheart's forces had destroyed the portal from Sigil to Lenshreen, and so the party needed to go to Sigil to locate the newly formed portal. After a substantial bit of hijinks (where, among things, Serra developed for a rogue modron an organic covering), the party located the portal and fought and slew a bearded devil who was trying to open it so that he could arrange its destruction from the other side. Once on the other side, the party learned that Fireheart's forces were compromised by Mephistopheles -- dissenters were captured and tormented until they accepted possession by a small, imp-like spirit. Priest Fireheart, Priestess Leishie, Deacon Sentrin, and Guard Captian Pierce had once made a foul bargain, and it has come home to roost.

Session II-2 - The Nightmare at Lenshreen, pt. 2 [ 07.19.09 ]
The party launches a lightning raid into the compromised and defiled temple of Lycindir, Fireheart's god. There they slay some of Fireheart's secret police, rescue the paladin Lisa Fireheart (Priest Fireheart's daughter), lay Priestess Leishie to rest, reconsecrate the temple's altar, and release Deacon Sentrin and Captain Pierce from the corrupter spirits that controlled them. The party now prepares to descend into the depths to stop a sacrifice ritual by Priest Fireheart, who's possesser has sought counsel from the "captured" spawn of the High Priest of Quanthosk'alys.
